Shipping policy

The Gilded Nest ships only within the United States. 

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing. 

All orders ship via UPS unless the order is being delivered to a P.O. Box, Alaska, or Hawaii, or otherwise notified. 

Local customers in Bowling Green, KY: Your item(s) will be hand-delivered to the address provided at checkout within 1-3 business days. Any addresses outside of Bowling Green, KY will have their pieces shipped to them. 

All wreaths are shipped in sturdy boxes designed to protect their shape and arrive beautifully. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary during holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen delays. 

If your wreath arrives damaged, please email Sarah at info@thegildednestbg.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the box, shipping label, and wreath so we can make it right.
