Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Exchanges are not accepted. 

To request a return, email Sarah at info@thegildednestbg.com. Please include your order number and specify which product(s) you wish to return.

Please note that return shipping costs for wreaths typically range from $20-$40 per wreath, depending on your location and size of the wreath. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your wreath arrives to you damaged, please email Sarah at info@thegildednestbg.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the box, shipping label, and wreath so we can make it right.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thegildednestbg.com.
